PROVIDER, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Fatou Kijera, the Founder and Executive Director of PrimeCare Home LLC in Lynnwood, Washington, brings over a decade of heartfelt caregiving experience. Her journey began with the loving care of her aging grandmother and is deeply rooted in the Gambian tradition of honoring our elders, where caring for aging family members is not just a task but a warm expression of gratitude and respect.
Fatou has dedicated her career to supporting individuals with disabilities, dementia, and Alzheimer’s, bringing compassion and understanding to every interaction. Her extensive background with Washington State’s DSHS has enriched her approach to elder care.
At PrimeCare Home, she creates a nurturing, family-like atmosphere where independence, dignity, and personalized care for each resident are at the forefront of everything they do.
